Please help us save our sign!

07-Oct-2011
We need your help! The city, after approving our sign back in January, has now said that we can no longer have pictures on our sign. We feel this will hurt not only ourselves, but other small businesses who have also recently gotten LED signs. We have gotten so many compliments on our sign and hate that we will no longer be able to post pictures of your pets on our sign unless something can be done. Photo graphics take less time for the brain to process than text-only messages while driving by, meaning less time your eyes are off the road. Our pictures have always been tasteful and feel that the city now cracking down on all businesses is unfair. Please help us save our sign! Email City Council at council@stpete.org and the Mayor at mayor@stpete.org -- Thank you!

I drive by twice a day and look forward to the graphics on the sign. It would be a shame to lose it.

The sign is very tasteful and the city to use the taxpayers money for other things more offensive.

A business with a LED sign is a greater way to communicate.
